Delete my EvenPace account
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Nothing is kept, no copy and no grace period.
From the app
This is the shortest route, and it needs neither an email nor a wait.
- Open EvenPace and go to Settings.
- Tap "Delete my account", at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm. Deletion happens straight away.
You are signed out at once, on every device: sessions open elsewhere go with the account.
If you no longer have access to the app
Write to privacy@aveltek.com from your account's address, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We answer within a month, and in practice much sooner. If you write from another address, we will ask you to prove the account is yours: that is the only protection against a deletion request filed by someone else.
Deleting only part of it
It is not all or nothing. Three actions erase some of your data without touching the account.
-
Abandon the current plan
My plans, then the current plan's menu
The plan moves to your archive and leaves the home screen. Its sessions and their results stay readable.
-
Delete an archived plan
My plans, then the bin on an archived plan
That one goes for good, along with its logged sessions, their results and its VMA measurements. Nothing survives.
-
Replace one plan with another
Create a plan
The previous one is archived, never lost: a new plan erases nothing, it files.
For any other partial deletion, write to privacy@aveltek.com saying what you want gone.
What is erased
- Your account: surname, first name, address, phone number, date of birth
- Your training plans, current and archived alike
- Your logged sessions and their results
- Your history of VMA measurements
- Your open sessions, on every device
- The link with your Google account, if you signed in that way
What is kept
Nothing. No copy, no deactivated account, no grace period. Server backups, which still hold your account until they rotate, are destroyed fourteen days later at the latest. After that nothing remains anywhere.
