Delete my account

How to permanently delete your Square Meal account and all its data.

From the app

The normal way. Open Square Meal, then:

Deletion takes effect immediately.

If you can no longer open Square Meal, send a request to privacy@aveltek.com from the email address of your account. Processed within thirty days.

You don't need to delete your account to erase only part of your data. Three actions in the app cover this need.

Delete an archived plan

Settings → "My plans" → the trash icon on an archived plan

The plan disappears definitively with its tracked meals and its weigh-ins, and stops counting in statistics.
Delete a weigh-in

Settings → "My weight history" → pick a day → "Delete this weigh-in"
Undo a meal or a grocery item

Unchecking a meal marked as eaten, or an item in your shopping list, erases that trace.

For any other partial deletion, a written request remains possible at privacy@aveltek.com, processed within thirty days.

Nothing. No data, no counter, no grace period. Deletion is immediate and definitive.
